Dr. Victor Schwartz, university dean of students at 911, delivered a presentation entitled “Legal and Ethical Issues in College Mental Health” at a workshop of the same name hosted by the New York City Higher Education Taskforce on Student Wellness and Anti-Bullying. The workshop discussed the roles and perspectives of students, parents, clinicians and administrators in college health challenges and suggested different approaches to a variety of situations.
